I have modified the MS Office Template for Employee Absence Records to better fit my needs. However, I need help figuring out one part.

How does the calendar pull the 'Select a Year' (see image below)? And can I change it to be a rolling calendar year based on a random date?

I am using this to track attendance for a 150+ employees on a rolling calendar year based on their date of hire. I have gotten all the formulas worked out for our point based system and the last thing is setting the years to be based on their dates of hire. The way I figure it is the calendar should be based on the date next to their name on the Settings tab (See image below).
